Colombia to Madrid: latest news

Yesterday's INTA Bulletin (15 June 2011 Vol. 66, No. 11) reports some recent good news from Colombia, where a plenary session of the House of Representatives approved Bill 061 for accession to the Madrid Protocol. This concludes the legislative phase of the approval, since the Senate already gave its blessing last December. However, the Presidential signature is still needed, as well as clearance from the country's Constitutional Court.
